Real Estate Salesperson

Job description:

• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing activities

• Source for possible clients and ensure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with them

• Assist and advise clients on market conditions, project details, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters

• Assist clients in submission of document requirements

• Part time / Full time

• Can be promoted to Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Transcript of Records (preferably college graduate or at least 2 years in college required)

• Valid ID

• Willing to attend seminars for PRC license

• Willing to be trained and willing to attend seminars or meetings

• Experience in real estate is an advantage

• With official receipt as real estate salesperson is an advantage

• Good communication and presentation skills
